What you will own
- Design the intake, mapping, assembly and review surfaces end to end
- Build and maintain the design system across marketing and product
- Run research sessions inside customer firms — this role involves watching people work
- Design the review workspace where attorneys approve drafts before filing
What we are looking for
- 5+ years designing complex data-dense B2B software
- A portfolio showing real product work, not concept pieces
- Comfort designing tables, indexes and document surfaces rather than marketing pages
Nice to have
- Experience with legal, healthcare or financial workflow tools
